No Surprises Act Notice

Under the federal No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your services.
If you do not have insurance or choose not to use your insurance, you are entitled to receive an estimate of the total expected charges for services before they begin. This estimate will outline anticipated costs for therapy, assessments, parent training, consulting, or other services.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.

You may request a Good Faith Estimate at any time before scheduling services. For questions or to request an estimate, please contact our office.
